The Priority of Jesus Christ
The Lord Jesus Christ alone is Head of the Church. He is the The Way, The Truth, and The Life and will be given priority in the life and ministry of Haven Worship Centre.

The Significance of the Word of God
We believe the Bible to be in its entirety, the Word of God. It is the basis of all that we believe and all that we will seek to do at Safe Haven.

The Power of Prayer
When people work, people work. When people pray, God works! This is the power of prayer and we believe in the power of prayer.

The Importance of People
Each individual is created in the image of God and is therefore of great significance. As an expression of this belief, we believe people to be important no matter their background, nationality or education. Therefore we will endeavor to care for one other as Christ cares for us.

The Preference of Relevant Worship
Worship becomes relevant when individuals, families and groups honour God through sincere and loving expressions. We will seek to encourage such worship, allowing the Spirit of God to move in our midst.

The Pursuit of a Passion
As a group of believers, we believe God has a passion for people. That is why He sent His Son into the world and this sending involved His sacrificial death at Calvary. The Calvary will seek to teach and reach people for Jesus Christ throughout the world and after they come to faith in Christ, release them to pursue God and to know Him in His fullness.
