The nature of God, and why we need to pray. Matthew 6:5-13

Now we consider the prayer, considering the first phrase “Our Father” and what it means to use this phrase in prayer.   John 1:6-13.

Moving on to the words “Which art in heaven” we discover the character of God and the desire of Christ that we come to know God in a deeper way.   Ecclesiastes 5:1-3.

The phrase before us in this study is: ‘Hallowed be thy name.’ This is the first real petition in the prayer and it reveals to us the desires of God’s heart!   Hebrews 4:12-16.
